PRINCIPAL
Elizabeth Lau
Elizabeth graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in accounting in 2010 and a Bachelor of Laws in 2012.
Elizabeth’s work focuses on corporate and commercial litigation disputes including derivative actions, just and equitable winding-up petitions and claims against directors for breach of fiduciary duties.
Her work also encompasses fraud and asset recovery claims where she has considerable experience in obtaining and resisting interim injunctions such as freezing injunctions and Anton Piller orders.
Her commercial acumen and background in accounting make her a well-rounded advocate. It gives her a distinct advantage in navigating complex commercial issues and enables her to effectively collaborate with other technical professionals such as forensic accountants and quantum experts.

Hazel Siau Ju Shuen 萧楚璇
Hazel holds a LLB (Hons) degree from the Queen’s University of Belfast, U.K. and is a member of the Inner Temple. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in November 2019.
Hazel’s work focuses on fraud and asset recovery claims and commercial litigation that the firm undertakes. She leads the firm’s practice in probate and estate disputes, with a particular interest in this field.

Wee Yun Zhen 林昀蓁
Yun Zhen holds a LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Leeds. She obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2021 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in February 2023.
Yun Zhen’s work focuses on commercial litigation, including contractual disputes and debt recovery.

Ivan Wong Zhen Qian 黄振谦
Ivan holds a LLB (Hons) degree from the University of London. He obtained his Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2023 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in September 2024.
Ivan’s work focuses on commercial litigation, including contractual disputes and debt recovery.
